FEMA is assisting the Louisiana Recovery Authority "Collecting the Voices" of St. Bernard Parish residents regarding Long Term Recovery. "Louisiana Recovery Planning Day" at 19 Parishes and 11 Cities is an important part of FEMA's Long Term Community Recovery (LTCR) effort, which is being coordinated though the LRA and LTCR partners.
